Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a natural and graceful system of effortless meditation. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into itself. And when the mind settles down, it lets go of all tension and stress and centers itself in the present moment. It is only in the present moment that we find true happiness; those moments when we are free from regrets about the past or anxiety about the future. Sahaj means natural. Samadhi means enlightenment. Without effort, our inner nature is available.
Everyone has experienced this meditative state in certain moments of deep joy and happiness, perhaps on a vacation or when you are completely engrossed in an activity. Just for a moment the mind becomes so light and at ease. We have such moments and want to repeat them, but don't know how. Learning Sahaj Samadhi Meditation gives us the ability to recreate this feeling of ease, of calm alertness, in the midst of busy daily life.
In just a few sessions, you will learn to tap the depths of your own nature. Regular practice just twice a day can totally transform the quality of your life. Sahaj Samadhi is very easy and enjoyable.

Divya Samaj Nirmaan Course (DSN)
We all have personal barriers, old habits, or inhibitions that hold us back and keep us from more fully participating in life. At the same time, we all have a deep desire to be the best we can be - for ourselves, our families and dear ones, our communities, and even the world around us. But the truth is that those old emotional wounds, self-concepts, attitudes and fears, create a barrier between you and the ability to live your heart's desire.
Divya Samaj Nirmaan (The Creation of a Divine Society) is a rigorous and transformational course, designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Through a powerful combination of Padma Sadhana, special meditations, breathing techniques, group processes, and deep spiritual knowledge, the DSN course empowers participants to break through personal inhibitions and barriers of all kinds. Dropping whatever does not serve your best interests is a completely liberating experience - it makes you so strong that nothing in this world can shake you.
When you are ready for true liberation, true freedom and personal empowerment, then you are ready for the power of DSN!
